,,Neolithic in Ink” – Photo gallery

“Neolithic in Ink” invites viewers to explore the silent power of ancient symbols through the delicate, immediate language of ink. This personal collection draws inspiration from Neolithic motifs found across the territories of present-day Romania — from the intricate spirals of Cucuteni, to the geometric forms of the Boian and Dacian cultures.

Each work becomes a meditative study, where ancestral patterns emerge on paper in bold, gestural lines and subtle washes. By translating these prehistoric designs through a contemporary, minimalist lens, the series seeks to honor their mystery while opening them up to new interpretations.

“Neolithic in Ink” is ultimately a dialogue between the distant past and the living present, tracing an unbroken line of creativity, ritual, and human connection across thousands of years.
